I am a uniquely trained and experienced worldwide Airline and Management Consultant, offering health and safety training and professional safety services, as well as technical and behavioural solutions and training, to bridge performance gaps. I am passionate about, and effective in, achieving the task objective, building teams and developing the individual. Predominantly based at either Heathrow, London or from the main Surrey office, I am happy to train from your company site, wherever you may be in the UK.
I have trained all levels of staff in Health and Safety and Safety Management Systems, Construction and Use, and Permit to Work Training. I am also an Equipment Trainer on FTT & MEWPS. My previous roles have included British Airways Training Consultant and Worldwide Safety Consultant. I have also had extensive Trade Union experience as a Shop Steward, Trade Union Health and Safety Representative and Safety Co-ordinator. I was trained in industrial law by the Trade Union and was also selected to attend the Trade Union Branch Officers Training programme in Cirencester.
As a senior manager, I had experience in working with all levels of the Trade Union movement and its officers to resolve disputes, supporting company objectives to bring about a multi-structured safety team in an effective and professional environment.
The training centre is based at Heathrow with excellent public transport links just minutes away. Alternatively, I am happy to train at your own company site.
